You should have one of these already. If you don't I suggest you should get an email account from www.gmail.com
Step #2 - PayPal (and/or AlertPay) Account
You must have one of these also if you want to get paid, go to www.paypal.com and get a personal account. You Do Not Need A Credit Card Or A Bank Account To Get A PayPal Account. Most of my sites are PayPal paying sites but some sites might also offer AlertPay which you can also get at www.alertpay.com
Step #3 - Earning money at PTC sites
